Services

Randomized Control Trials

EASE specializes in designing and implementing large scale RCTs for programs who are looking to identify the causal impact of their services. RCTs offer the gold standard when it comes to impact evaluation. Our largest RCT was a multiyear undertaking involving more than 100 high schools across Texas.

Quasi-experimental Design

EASE has conducted multiple quasi-experimental projects that help to measure and assess a program’s impact when an RCT is not a viable option. Our largest quasi-experimental design was a three-year project across Boston high schools that used a variant of a single group design that included an interrupted time series with a control group.

Case Studies

Some of our most impactful work has relied on in depth case studies that provide an on-the-ground perspective of a program in action. It is through this up close exploration that we can identify the contextual factors that impact program success, as well as provide a qualitative understanding of program operations.

Funder Reporting

We work collaboratively with our clients to complete interim and final funder reports as required by grants and other funding agreements. We have extensive experience navigating the complicated reporting requirements of multiple foundations and government agencies.

Survey Design

EASE specializes in creating both online and paper surveys utilizing multiple platforms, including Qualtrics, Typeform, and SurveyMonkey. Whether a simple questionnaire or a complex assessment tool, we work with you to create and administer a survey that is tailored to your needs.

 Data Management

In addition to evaluation work, EASE also provides data management services including: data cleaning, secure storage of data with personally identifiable information (PII), data de-identification, and data processing.

Interviews & Focus Groups

Interviews and focus groups offer an important tool when it comes to exploring implementation challenges, as well as understanding the why and how behind a program’s impact. Interviews and focus groups allow us to gather stories that bring quantitative data to life and share programmatic successes and challenges through a more accessible and impactful format.

Evaluation Planning

Planning for future evaluations can be incredibly beneficial for an organization looking to bring a model to scale or increase funding by demonstrating impact through data. We partner with organizations to help them think about their short and long-term goals and determine what types of research questions they should be asking and what types of data they should be collecting.
